Senior leadership experience in product management, particularly in growth, acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
Ability to define and lead end-to-end product strategy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Experience managing and mentoring teams of product managers
Deep understanding of value creation and value capture
Strong partnership skills with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and finance teams
Expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, data-driven optimization, and rapid iteration
