Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage incoming calls, addressing general substantive inquiries from clients and potential customers, qualify transactions for 1031 exchange suitability, conduct initial file intake, and advise clients regarding transaction process and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inquiries received through website, providing telephone consultation, email follow-up, and data entry through Salesforce
  • Initiate contact with potential clients from real estate sale lists and other data sources (cold calling)
  • Provide coverage for sales representatives when they are out of the office, ensuring continuity of service and support
  • Gather detailed information for new transactions and review with clients and their advisors to ensure accuracy and completeness (transaction intake)
  • Accurately enter new contacts and manage new deals in Salesforce, ensuring all relevant data is accurate and up to date
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty (build and retain client relationships)
  • Act as liaison between Sales Team and Operations Team, coordinate transactions, ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned
  • Analyze data to identify new leads and potential sources of business, contributing to the growth of our client base
  • Provide support for various sales projects, collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Assist operations teams as needed during busy times or for PTO coverage purposes (“floating” operations assistance)
