Requirements

  • Become knowledgeable about Evolv’s products, the Evolv Flex Program, and competent in speaking to the value proposition for customers in different segments (within 30 days)
  • Develop relationships with key internal teams (Business Development Representatives, Channel Executives, Pre-Sales, Deployment) and external partners (Channel, etc.) (within 30 days)
  • Understand Evolv’s sales and MEDDPICC process (within 30 days)
  • Develop a prospecting plan using the assigned account list for the region (within 90 days)
  • Develop a channel development plan for interfacing with channel partners to enable new opportunities, benchmarked monthly (within 90 days)
  • Experience progressing opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle
  • Experience creating, growing, and deepening channel partner relationships
  • Ability to facilitate potential client conversations, emphasizing listening to needs and helping achieve goals
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations on products and services

Responsibilities

  • Create a territory plan to achieve or exceed assigned quota
  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline using the target list for the region
  • Coordinate with internal resources (Solution Engineers, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Management) to create new opportunities and close business
  • Accurately forecast and manage activity via Salesforce.com
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
  • Develop and execute a strategy for the territory to achieve the annual revenue plan
  • Effectively convey messaging about Evolv’s technology, the Flex program, and sales process
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets by selling Evolv’s solutions across markets (tourist attractions, ticketed venues, schools, hospitals, manufacturing/distribution, places of worship, government facilities, etc.)
  • Orchestrate territory coverage through collaboration with Channel Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Enablement Managers in the region
  • Drive sales efforts through the Evolv Channel organization, working closely with partners to negotiate enterprise deals involving multiple influencers and stakeholders
  • Create new opportunities, qualify them, understand deal barriers, and progress opportunities (client acquisition within 6 months)
  • Forecast accurately, benchmarked monthly by push counts on opportunities (within 6 months)
  • Achieve sales targets (within 6 months)
