Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related field, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts), exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion, maintain detailed event timelines and track milestones, manage vendor communications, contracts, and logistical arrangements, create and manage event-related spreadsheets, guest lists, task trackers, and metrics, develop pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for performance tracking and post-event analysis, maintain comprehensive event documentation and organize digital and physical materials, coordinate internal communications and scheduling for meetings, walk-throughs, and debriefs, and support procurement and management of event materials, signage, and promotional items.
