A sharp aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders professionally are also required. The role necessitates a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, 1-3 times per month.
The Events Manager will own event strategy and execution from planning and logistics to on-site leadership and post-event follow-up. This includes designing brand-aligned experiences, managing budgets, shipping, vendors, staffing, setup, and teardown. The role involves directing cross-functional teams on-site, enforcing lead capture and follow-up discipline, building industry relationships, and tracking performance and ROI to deliver clear insights to leadership.
