Responsibilities

Coordination of the event logistics related to Healthcare Professional training and education within Medtronic
Providing budget estimates & sourcing, booking requested logistics (venue, hotel, travel, restaurants, catering, transfers), managing its changes and taking care of the payments
Work with various teams, act as key contact for all stakeholders and make sure that all compliance rules are met
Building and maintaining event websites, monitoring participant registrations and if needed provided timely reminder to the event requestor
Managing any payment-related queries, making sure that all related invoices are properly recorded and paid on time
