Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the event logistics related to Healthcare Professional training and education within Medtronic
  • Providing budget estimates & sourcing, booking requested logistics (venue, hotel, travel, restaurants, catering, transfers), managing its changes and taking care of the payments
  • Work with various teams, act as key contact for all stakeholders and make sure that all compliance rules are met
  • Building and maintaining event websites, monitoring participant registrations and if needed provided timely reminder to the event requestor
  • Managing any payment-related queries, making sure that all related invoices are properly recorded and paid on time
