Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in event/marketing/exhibition planning
  • Experience in operating international conferences
  • Project management and communication skills
  • English and Korean communication skills (written/spoken)
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall operation of marketing events (international conferences, trade fairs, conventions, sales meetings, etc.) for B2B/B2C, including planning, development, and on-site execution for internal/external customers
  • Manage participants and vendors: Coordinate attendee invitations, pre/on-site registration, post-event feedback collection and analysis; Research, select, negotiate, and coordinate event venues and vendors (catering, technical support, etc.)
  • Establish budgets and create reports: Develop and forecast event budgets; Analyze and report key metrics such as total costs, cost per contact (CPC), attendee profiles, and feedback summaries
  • Lead event planning and execution: Handle exhibitor/visitor recruitment, marketing strategy development, program planning, on-site production, operations; Contribute to achieving profitability and operational goals
