Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. They must also be able to stand for long periods of time, up to 6 hours during events, and have at least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Event Marketing Representative will enthusiastically communicate with customers at events to generate complimentary in-home appointments, create event buzz and promote brand knowledge, use qualifying sheets and scripts to resolve customer questions and concerns, adjust event marketing tactics based on KPI targets, set up and maintain event marketing programs, and work in an event environment throughout the duration of the events, including setup and breakdown of marketing collateral. This role requires weekend availability and a commitment to working a schedule consisting of weekdays and weekends.
