Candidates must have a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C setting, with relevant experience in roles such as SDR, software sales, or recruitment; experience in technology-driven sales processes (CRM, digital sales) is preferred; a genuine passion for Electric Vehicles, sustainability, and/or the automotive industry is essential; and an inquisitive nature with the ability to gather information to align customer needs with tailored solutions is required.
The Electric Vehicles Sales Specialist will speak to customers interested in leasing an electric vehicle, qualifying the right one for them, manage the end-to-end sales pipeline with customers from lead through to delivery, supervise order processing, record customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales care, strategically build a pipeline with internal and external stakeholders, and focus on improving and developing personally and within the business.
