Requirements

Candidates should possess significant experience in RFP/Tender administration, cultural awareness and successful experience managing teams across multiple countries, strong project management experience or a qualified certification, outstanding organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, demonstrated initiative and execution capability, fluency in English (C1 or above) and French, proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools, and the ability to travel not to exceed 15%.

Responsibilities

As the EU RFP and Tender Supervisor, the responsibilities include supervising and coaching a team of Tender/Contract Specialists, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions, proactively managing work patterns and staffing levels, leading recruitment and selection processes, developing and improving training and onboarding plans, ensuring all team members adhere to defined processes, maintaining a positive work environment, leading and coordinating the end-to-end process of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), cooperating with various departments to gather information, developing and implementing project plans, conducting the “first-pass” of proposals, providing writing and editing expertise, acting as a gatekeeper and project coordinator, tracking and maintaining SalesForce.com records, leading project debriefings, analyzing issues, applying lessons learned, training the sales team, and providing regular reports to senior management.
