Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales of analytical solutions, customer segmentation models, and/or marketing platforms
  • Excellent skills in influence, articulation, and negotiation
  • Ability to discuss challenges and demands of clients in Marketing, CRM, and Sales areas; mapping market needs and defining the best approach
  • Owner's mentality and customer focus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tool for portfolio and sales pipeline management
  • Previous experience in AdTech, CRMs, CDPs companies, or companies offering analytical solutions for marketing

Responsibilities

  • Act in the GTM team of Marketing Services solutions, working with the BU team to develop customized technical proposals
  • Responsible for preparing, validating, and presenting to clients the technical scope of the commercial proposal and product demos
  • Guide commercial teams on the best offers for the segment, presenting the most suitable solutions for the business and creating entry strategies for different segments
  • Map market needs, bring insights, propose new business models, feed product teams with market provocations and feedback on solutions, suggest process improvements, and seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
