  • Definir la estrategia/campañas de recuperación Judicial y Extrajudicial de SCB en España
  • Dirección de una Red de más de 70 Letrados externos
  • Dirección, gestión y control de Sociedades Externas de Recobro
  • Gestión de procesos de Ventas de Cartera de créditos y otros activos
  • Gestión y Soporte a la Unidad en seguimiento y gestión recuperatoria de Clientes Carterizados
  • Definición de modelos de facturación y contratos de servicio asociados a la actividad
