Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will support and lead customer onboarding and product implementation, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product to meet client needs. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, building customer processes from scratch, and conducting training and Q&A sessions. Responsibilities also include proactive project management across multiple customers, collaborating with product and engineering teams on feature requests, and continuously improving post-sales processes to accelerate customer time to value.
