Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Management, ERP/P2P Systems Consulting, or managing key B2B SaaS customer relationships. Prior experience with procurement tools or ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, or Netsuite is required. Excellent communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential. Experience working with product and engineering teams, the ability to push back constructively while maintaining positive relationships, and comfort with software configuration are also necessary qualifications.
The Solutions Consultant will support and lead customer onboarding and product implementation, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product to meet client needs. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, building customer processes from scratch, and conducting training and Q&A sessions. Responsibilities also include proactive project management across multiple customers, collaborating with product and engineering teams on feature requests, and continuously improving post-sales processes to accelerate customer time to value.
