Lead customer technical communication to identify the product requirements, project timing
Identify customer technical requirements, lead internal technical discussion for finalizing product concept and specification
Support quotation including EDD and budget control
Project engineering management, ensure project timing milestones and project deliverables on time
Customer main contact for any technical topics content (Before SOP)
Lead the Fluids product project working with OEMs and leading BW DMS internal Engineering team to define and clarify customer requirements, product specification, DFMEA, etc. till SOP
Lead engineering team to successful and flawless project SOP
