Competence in optimizing human resources while adhering to budget, internal policies, procedures, and quality standards to achieve cost-efficient service operations
Experience in handling product complaints from a quality system perspective as a technical service representative
Ability to continuously evaluate and improve process effectiveness
Commitment to staying updated on latest information in the specialized field
Proficiency in providing clinical and technical support to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, sales, and technical staff

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Service Business Group (SBG) Manager
Provide technical support for EP department medical equipment systems (WM Claris, EnSite, ViewMate, MedinBox, etc.) to medical institution customers and Abbott internal stakeholders
Coordinate with field service personnel for on-site support needs, including rapid and efficient parts procurement
Optimize human resources to realize cost-efficient service operations in accordance with budget, internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
Handle product complaints as the technical service representative from a quality system perspective
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of business processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the specialized field
Provide clinical and technical support as SBG to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, sales, and technical staff
