The EOR Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Lifecycle Operations team, assisting with HR tasks, basic projects, and invoicing/billing activities. Responsibilities include managing employment verifications, shipping physical documents, and handling other general administrative duties. The role involves implementing processes to enhance employee experience, managing and organizing employee data securely, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. Additionally, the coordinator will help execute automation opportunities and handle a selection of HR administrative tasks directly with employees.
