The Field Services Technician will provide high-quality desktop support to all types of users, including executive level, conducting initial set up and support of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals. They will offer face-to-face, telephone, and remote support, complete routine hardware maintenance, accurately manage and track business assets and requests, prioritize support requests, record service details, maintain awareness of safety, work within assigned time limits, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment while building strong customer relationships and collaborating with team members.
