Senior Environmental Engineer or Scientist (Site Remediation)

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and proactive, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. They should also be a team player with a positive attitude and have experience in hazardous waste management, air permit compliance, and stormwater management/reporting.
The Environmental Manager will provide environmental compliance site support to managers and employees at Terminal locations, ensuring terminals comply with environmental regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes overseeing the preparation of environmental permits, conducting compliance reporting, performing environmental audits, coordinating Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know (EPCRA) filings, participating in emergency response planning and drills, managing environmental consultants conducting remediation activities, developing and tracking budgets associated with environmental compliance, interfacing with regulatory authorities, managing tracking and completion of legal and other environmental requirements, traveling to Terminals to provide site support, monitoring Environmental Management Information Systems, participating in auditing programs, managing preparation and submitting regulatory reports, and reviewing and approving regulatory submittals.
