Responsibilities

  • Master our client's product and service offerings and communicate that understanding to a broad range of customers as the first point of contact
  • Establish strong brand representation with local homeowners
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, evaluate market trends, and assist in the development of a consumer pipeline in an assigned territory
  • Cross-train in advanced customer relations, business development, and marketing techniques
  • Creatively solve problems, navigate roadblocks, and communicate effectively to senior management
