Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development strategies
Manage challenging or emotional customer situations
Respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
Match client needs to products and services we offer and close sales
Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner, compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
Act as the main liaison between our company and clients
