Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering customer requirements, workflow details, and site information
  • Support solution architects in preparing diagrams, assessments, and configuration plans
  • Participate in customer discovery calls and pre-deployment planning sessions
  • Support project managers in executing deployment plans and tracking progress
  • Assist with on-site robot setup, route mapping, testing, and configuration
  • Prepare documentation, schedules, and resource plans for go-live activities
  • Help coordinate cross-functional work between Engineering, Field Ops, and Customer teams
  • Deliver or support training sessions for hospital staff across labs, pharmacy, and support services
  • Help create training materials, job aids, and workflow guides
  • Monitor early usage, gather feedback, and help customers reach stable adoption
  • Track utilization metrics, delivery volumes, and customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization or new use cases
  • Assist senior team members in preparing expansion proposals and recommendations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customer champions and departments
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and customer requirements
  • Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Support the creation of deployment playbooks, checklists, and internal processes
