They must be able to interface with executive-level customers and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong and persuasive presentation abilities. Travel is required 50-75% of the time.
The Regional Sales Manager will ensure the assigned region meets or exceeds sales and profitability objectives by formulating sales strategies and identifying market opportunities. They will manage and coach sales representatives and clinical representatives, negotiate contracts with external customers, and keep the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity. Responsibilities also include managing and implementing company policies, recruiting and developing talent, fostering a diverse workplace, and developing and executing organizational and operational policies.
