Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders to diagnose gaps, build targeted enablement plans, and drive consistent execution
  • Lead enterprise-focused programs for multi-threading, executive engagement, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling
  • Refine and certify the team on MEDDPICC, value framework methodology, and other sales frameworks
  • Create high-impact content: playbooks, deal review frameworks, competitive guides, and customer-facing assets
  • Facilitate workshops, deal clinics, and skill certifications for seasoned sellers
  • Align with GTM priorities by working with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Business Value teams
  • Measure impact using ramp times, win rates, and other enterprise KPIs
