Responsibilities

Partner with sales leaders to diagnose gaps, build targeted enablement plans, and drive consistent execution
Lead enterprise-focused programs for multi-threading, executive engagement, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling
Refine and certify the team on MEDDPICC, value framework methodology, and other sales frameworks
Create high-impact content: playbooks, deal review frameworks, competitive guides, and customer-facing assets
Facilitate workshops, deal clinics, and skill certifications for seasoned sellers
Align with GTM priorities by working with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Business Value teams
Measure impact using ramp times, win rates, and other enterprise KPIs
