Requirements

  • At least 7 years’ field sales experience in the IT sector, with software subscription sales an advantage
  • Experience selling into large Enterprises and Public Sector in Singapore, with good network of C-level contacts
  • Consistently engage in value-based customer centric conversations, and lead a defined enterprise sales process
  • Excellence to prospect/cold call, develop and nurture accounts, and close sales opportunities
  • Ability to not only nurture and grow existing businesses, but also to seek out and seed new accounts
  • Confidence to develop relationships with senior business executives and management of major corporations
  • Great teammate and comfortable to work with a geographically distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of Adobe Digital Media solutions and benefits of Adobe licensing programs to identified target accounts
  • Understand customers’ business priorities and key pain points to develop a comprehensive account engagement strategy that addresses their concerns and realize value in our partnership
  • Identify use cases to upgrade and upsell solutions with customers’ C-level decision makers and own the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Work closely with other Adobe teams including solution consultants, business development, marketing, customer success, deal desk, legal and finance
  • Plan and implement account sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly/yearly basis
  • Be an inspiring leader in the evolution of digital content and GenAI
  • Participate in target account planning on existing commercial and public sector accounts in Singapore to nurture customer mindshare, develop new opportunities and deliver on sales targets
