Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Enterprise Renewals Manager to join our dynamic Client Advisory Services team. This individual contributor role is crucial for maintaining market-leading retention rates and driving revenue growth. Our team is committed to customer loyalty and bringing together the right people to secure and grow our revenue. This position is U.S.-based.

Why This Role is Exciting

As an Enterprise Renewals Manager, you will manage the end-to-end process of subscription renewals and expansion within our existing customer base. You will be responsible for quoting, revising, reporting, and closing renewal opportunities. Your expertise in forecasting retention and expansion, driving business processes, and managing high transaction volumes will be essential for securing revenue and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic renewal plans.
    • Initiate renewal processes 6 months prior to contract expiration.
    • Conduct thorough account research.
    • Navigate complex contract structures.
    • Ensure timely renewal execution.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration:
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
    • Identify opportunities for customer expansion.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure smooth renewal processes.
  • Quoting and Documentation:
    • Accurately generate and deliver renewal quotes and order forms in a timely manner.
    • Manage the coordination and execution of amendments and renewal documents.
  • Forecasting & Communication:
    • Provide accurate rolling 180-day forecasts.
    • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and the forecasting system.
    • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with customers.
  • Feedback & Improvement:
    • Gather customer insights and identify potential risks.
    • Share feedback with relevant internal teams.
    • Refine strategies for future renewals based on learnings.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Experience: Proven track record (4+ years) in Enterprise SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management, with demonstrated experience in managing contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, BoostUp, MixMax, Outreach, Gong, etc. Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple renewals simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess contract terms, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Clear and concise communication abilities.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated urgency in closing renewals on time.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of key SaaS metrics and experience in forecasting revenue impacts and optimizing renewal processes.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to providing a seamless customer experience, anticipating customer needs, and aligning solutions with customer goals.
