Responsibilities

The Enterprise Renewals Manager will focus on the subscription renewals and expansion of the current customer base, assisting with quoting, revising, reporting, and closing renewal opportunities. Responsibilities include developing strategic renewal plans, initiating processes six months before contract end, conducting account research, navigating complex contract structures, and ensuring timely renewals. The role involves negotiating terms and pricing, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, generating and delivering renewal quotes and order forms, managing amendments and renewal documents, providing accurate rolling 180-day forecasts, updating Salesforce and forecasting systems, and maintaining clear communication with customers. Additionally, the manager will gather customer insights, identify risks, share feedback with relevant teams, and refine strategies for future renewals.
