The role necessitates a working knowledge of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies, with the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
The Enterprise Project Manager will oversee professional service engagements for Public Sector customers, ensuring successful delivery and maximizing the impact of Procore's technology while ensuring compliance with government standards. This role involves managing internal and external resources to deliver service engagements on time and on budget, owning and developing multiple new accounts, and partnering with various internal teams to support client onboarding and growth. Responsibilities include developing project strategies and plans focused on business outcomes, leading discovery and design workshops, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with key contacts and departments to execute custom statements of work, developing and implementing repeatable processes, staying current on customer needs and industry trends, and providing exceptional service and support through proactive communication.
