The Enterprise Onboarding Manager will partner with the Tax and Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize platform implementation. They will lead customer education initiatives, establish operational processes, monitor customer health metrics, design self-service strategies, facilitate transitions to account management, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
