Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities with large enterprise companies by leveraging tools like Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to efficiently prospect and evangelize Onbe’s value
  • Prospect into multiple buying centers and tailor messaging to specific personas, aligning Onbe’s solutions to both business and personal objectives
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, including both inbound (marketing-generated) and outbound (self-sourced) opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on fit with Onbe’s ideal customer profile and potential business impact
  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Digital Experience teams
  • Articulate custom value propositions across Onbe’s growing portfolio of products, selling into multiple departments and use cases
  • Initiate conversations through a multi-channel approach, including digital outreach, phone, and in-person event networking
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive go-to-market strategy and support product development
  • Ensure a smooth, well-documented handoff of qualified prospects to Sales Executives for continued progression
  • Maintain clean, timely, and accurate data in CRM systems
