Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or other financial-related fields, experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets at an intermediate level (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), familiarity with data navigation with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn reporting and SQL, effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong initiative in researching and resolving billing discrepancies or customer issues, ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and follow-up capabilities, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, creative thinker with a talent for triaging issues and recommending effective solutions, and experience with subscription and usage-based billing models is strongly preferred. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is also preferred.
The Enterprise Billing Coordinator will process invoice & billing requests, provide billing support, reporting and collection efforts for enterprise customers and partners, respond to client billing inquiries via email, Salesforce cases, Slack, and other remote conferencing platforms, proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, assist with month-end responsibilities including billing specifications, data compilation, and revenue recognition activity, support the complete billing cycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients, collaborate with the Collections team on overdue client accounts, investigate and provide documentation support for reconciliation and audit purposes, maintain purchase orders and accurate records regarding billing and collection activity, coordinate with accounting, sales, and tech departments on operation-scaling initiatives, maintain training and operational documentation material, provide support for special projects or tasks as assigned, and perform other assigned tasks and duties to support team and Company initiatives.
