Requirements

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will engage with executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translate them into solutions from ServiceNow, and work with a variety of retail organizations, colleagues, and partners to understand the power of the Now platform. They will lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets customer needs, understand the business strategy of the customer, and articulate how ServiceNow can enable value. The role involves leading and participating in workshops, delivering best practice overviews, and creating high-level architectures and strategies for audiences up to the CIO/CTO level, as well as collaborating with internal ServiceNow business units and identifying best practices, white papers, and workshops.
