Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will engage with executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translate them into solutions from ServiceNow, and work with a variety of retail organizations, colleagues, and partners to understand the power of the Now platform. They will lead architecture and design engagements, demonstrate how ServiceNow meets customer needs, and communicate high-level architectures, strategies, and a vision to audiences including CIOs and CTOs. The role involves collaborating with organizations, foundations, partners, and the ServiceNow sales team, creating best practices, white papers, workshops, and providing thought leadership. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will identify and lead the creation of best practices, and help organizations understand how ServiceNow’s AI strategy can accelerate them to value.
