Requirements

  • Proven success in new business acquisition and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong strategic thinking, organisation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within your designated territory, identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting
  • Take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach, understanding each customer’s challenges and mapping how our platform solves them
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders by consistently demonstrating product knowledge, reliability, and genuine customer focus
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets, working closely with internal partners to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and close — leveraging our approved sales methodology
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
  • Partner with product management and marketing to relay customer insights, helping shape the future of our offerings
  • Accurately manage your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales organisation
