About the Role

  • Role: Account Executive, Enterprise
  • Objective: To drive net new logo acquisition within the enterprise sector, managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Own the entire sales cycle for Forma’s largest clients.
    • Educate and promote the value proposition of the Forma platform.
    • Develop expertise in selling Forma’s benefit solutions.
    • Collaborate with brokers and technology solution providers.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
    • Proven track record of success selling to CFO suite/finance personas.
    • Experience as a full-stack Account Executive, encompassing outbound demand generation to closing deals.
    • Experience in value-based selling, where educating clients on new approaches is essential.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Health tech experience.
    • Familiarity with the broker ecosystem.

  • Successfully closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and technology partners.
