Enrollment Nurse

Position Overview

Join Twin Health in one of our most critical member-facing roles as an Enrollment Nurse. You will be responsible for facilitating the enrollment process of new members into Twin programs. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, patient engagement skills, and administrative capabilities to ensure members receive an excellent on-boarding experience into Twin Health. You will be one of the first caring faces our members meet, making a difference in people's lives daily by assisting them in understanding program benefits and facilitating the enrollment process. This involves reviewing necessary clinical information with members seeking to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and improve their overall health.

This job is a great fit if you have expertise in building rapport quickly with members, are highly motivated, energetic, and focused on ensuring a full-star member experience. You should have a demonstrated ability to provide a compassionate approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are also comfortable leveraging new technologies to document and coordinate with a care team, and are proficient in using electronic health records. You enjoy conducting virtual care visits with an engaging video presence, working independently and as part of a coordinated team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in sales, patient engagement, navigation, or program enrollment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfort with technology and video software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Engaging and energetic demeanor with empathy and appreciation for details.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily, virtual new member visits.
• Effectively engages members in the enrollment process.
• Educates members on program benefits.
• Reviews necessary clinical information with members.
• Utilizes technology for documentation and care team coordination.
• Maintains accurate and detailed records.
