The Engineering Team Lead will lead a team of engineers in building future Roofr products and technology, contributing to the product and technology roadmap in collaboration with product teams. They will establish organization-wide standards and team-level processes, evaluate and recommend improvements for engineering tools and processes, and prototype new technologies to enhance system performance and reliability. Responsibilities also include mentoring the engineering team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and testing standards, analyzing requirements, and providing technical and functional recommendations.
