Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes, product development life cycles, and technical concepts
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking, applying metrics and data for recommendations and process improvements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage collaborators at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus)
  • Relevant certifications in project/program management, such as PMP or PgMP
  • Proven knowledge of portfolio, resource, and process management

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform Help Content into a modular format that improves product adoption and user experience
  • Collaborate with Category Leads to amplify the Voice of Customer (VoC) and define priorities
  • Manage delivery of programs for content excellence to deliver high-quality content and services
  • Manage programs to roll out LLM-based tools for content authors and editors to improve content creation and curation
  • Collaborate with vendors to invest in tools and technologies that improve speed, quality, and responsiveness across social and community channels
  • Expand operational capacity by scaling vendor partnerships and accelerating delivery timelines
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to executive leadership, stakeholders, and teams regarding program progress, achievements, and challenges
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent programs, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams, roles, and organizations
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance program management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve as a mentor and guide for other program managers, fostering growth and development within the team
