Responsibilities

Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle
Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment
Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value
Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team building innovative solutions in test management
Drive Agile best practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency in software delivery
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across distributed teams
