Requirements

3+ years of experience managing software development teams
Background in SaaS companies with distributed teams preferred
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers
Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies
Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans with clear deliverables

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor engineers developing both existing and new initiatives across the Zephyr portfolio
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team
Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle
Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment
Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value
Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team building innovative solutions in test management
Drive Agile best practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency in software delivery
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across distributed teams
