Technical Engineering Manager

Zapier is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to join the Revenue Zone, a critical area focused on building customer-centric revenue systems. This role will lead a team responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing revenue/monetization systems, including a comprehensive catalog system, a scalable billing platform, enhanced multi-product purchasing experiences, global tax compliance capabilities, a frictionless payment experience, and a robust subscription management system. The team will collaborate with Finance, Data, Product, Design, and Support teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least two years of experience managing a cross-functional team of engineers (frontend, full stack, and backend).
  • Leadership Skills: Effective team builder and skilled engineering leader.
  • Hiring & Development: Ability to hire, train, and develop engineers from all backgrounds.
