Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the team of backend and infrastructure engineers, hiring and developing talent to support company growth and evolving platform needs. You will drive the roadmap for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience, ensuring systems are resilient, scalable, and easy to build on. You will strengthen incident response practices, eliminate single points of failure, and instill reliability-first thinking across engineering. Furthermore, you will partner with product, security, and engineering leadership to align on priorities and deliver results, taking initiative on high-impact problems and proposing solutions while also being a driver of change.
