Linux Kernel Developer (Remote/Anywhere)

Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of C/C++ and Linux internals/kernel, along with strong low-level OS internals experience in Linux. Experience debugging memory corruptions, process contentions, and system performance is required, as is experience working with teams to ship major features and releases. Prior experience as an Engineering Manager with direct reports is also necessary. Bonus points include a strong background in scalable, light-weight, and highly performing systems, OS system expertise for core concepts and subsystems, familiarity with Agile processes, and knowledge in Security.
The Engineering Manager will lead the sensor development team, focusing on architecture, strategy, and the development of next-generation Anti-Virus and Enhanced Detection and Response Security Software. Responsibilities include developing new product concepts, supporting development teams in designing and building cross-platform software primarily for Linux, and owning features from design to delivery. The role also involves collaborating with multi-functional teams and participating in product demos.
