5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to define great solutions to business problems

Responsibilities

Work with Product, Design, Data Science and Marketing to define and execute on the roadmap for growth initiatives
Build a team of engaged full stack engineers by hiring, coaching, and instilling best practices
Use experimentation and metrics to drive continuous improvement in activation and retention
Use your technical expertise and ensure your team delivers extraordinary results at the high technical level we set
Collaborate across the company to improve existing products and primitives at scale
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and on improving the Engineering organization
