Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in infrastructure software engineering, including at least 5 years in engineering management. Prior experience in building high performance computing infrastructure teams at scale and provisioning bare metal server data centers across a WAN is essential. Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will manage and build a diverse team of high-performing infrastructure engineers. They will guide the roadmap for automation of a rapidly scalable fleet and build a secure compute fleet for users at scale. Setting technical direction for evolving compute and abstractions is a key responsibility, along with collaborating closely with various stakeholders. The manager will work with external partners to enhance compute resources and coach engineers to foster their growth and learning.
