Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing software products, preferably in a SaaS model, and 4+ years of experience managing teams of 6 or more individual contributors. Experience building scalable distributed systems in cloud environments, knowledge of REST, API design patterns, and microservices, familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD, and a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field are required. Familiarity with technologies like Java, Golang, No-SQL databases, Apache Kafka, Redis, and authN/AuthZ is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will attract, hire, and develop the team, partner with stakeholders to develop strategy and roadmaps, and execute the product roadmap. They will champion high code quality, architectural designs, and scalable systems, and lead by example with a focus on customers and the product.
