  • 2+ years managing software engineering teams that have shipped high-value SaaS products
  • Experience managing remote, distributed teams
  • Understand customer pain points and solve end-to-end issues
  • Deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code—and the ability to coach your team to deliver it
