Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, with deep technical expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), networking, cloud security, scalability, and resilience planning. Proven success as a people leader, strong understanding of inter-team relations in complex organizations with multiple subsidiaries, commercial acumen to balance risk, resilience, and ROI, and excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential. A growth mindset committed to continuous learning and improvement is also required.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will lead and grow a globally distributed team of senior platform engineers, providing direction, coaching, and professional development. They will drive cloud strategies and roadmaps focused on security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness, oversee infrastructure design, automation, incident response, and recovery planning, and collaborate with global stakeholders. The role involves fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, managing team dynamics, and staying current with industry trends in cloud security, IaC, and DevOps/SRE.
