Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will maintain and expand the culture of the engineering team and the company in general, directly manage and support a team of engineers, enabling them to do their best work, mentor engineers, write code, collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to build a seamless user journey, deliver thoughtful annual reviews and development plans, support promotions and career growth across the team, foster a team culture that’s collaborative, curious, and aligned with ReadMe’s mission, and help guide technical decisions and outline team goals.
