Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with large-scale systems, real-time bidding, and machine learning models is required, as well as a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing engineering teams.
As the Engineering Manager for Auto-Bidding, you will set a technical vision and strategy, define and execute the long-term roadmap for the Autobidding team, and collaborate with leadership to align technology investments with broader business objectives. You will also oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance autobidding algorithms and advertiser-facing products, ensure these systems meet performance goals, mentor and grow your team, and partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with product requirements and KPIs. Furthermore, you will champion best practices for model quality, system reliability, and operational excellence, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
