Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related majors and experience in developing large-scale system control interfaces. Proficiency in Java 8, familiarity with Java multi-threading, high concurrency, and network communication is required. Applicants should also be familiar with commonly used design patterns and have experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed systems. Mastery of various server technologies, knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, and familiarity with HTTP, TCP/IP protocols, and REST specifications are essential. Candidates should also be proficient in Gradle/Maven and familiar with Docker clusters, JSON, and XML.
The Engineering Lead will lead a team of engineers, set goals and development targets, and support team members with feedback and development plans. They will work closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions and execution plans. The role involves hands-on design, implementation, and delivery of software functions, as well as analyzing and validating technical designs. The Engineering Lead will review code from team members to ensure standards are met, engage with Product Managers to build a backlog, and contribute to the hiring, training, and development of engineers within the team.
