Responsibilities

Support production teams by troubleshooting equipment and resolving line-down issues quickly
Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, A3, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R) to drive measurable improvements
Own projects within Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities, including CAPA initiatives
Maintain and manage production status and performance metrics for assigned lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
Develop and update manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance and clarity
