Requirements

Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational support for network security, endpoint security, enterprise logging, and cyber ops platforms
Skills in triaging issues, troubleshooting problems, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
Participation in structured on-call rotation covering weekends and country holidays (Friday 7pm – Sunday 9pm local time), including working two weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) every 4–6 weeks
Experience with incident, problem, and issue management, including root cause analysis, workarounds, preventive measures, and escalation to Tier 3
Capability to assist with major incident management, communication, and post-incident reviews
Proficiency in operational support tasks such as deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, runbooks, maintenance, health checks, monitoring availability/performance, and implementing approved changes

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve incidents, problems, and operational issues across security platforms
Perform root cause analysis, implement workarounds, and preventive measures
Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support teams following defined processes
Assist with major incident management, communication, and post-incident reviews
Provide Tier 1/2 support for routine tasks like deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades
Execute operational runbooks, maintenance activities, and health checks across platforms
Monitor system availability, performance metrics, and error conditions
Implement approved changes
